I had my first experience with creating my own amigurumi pattern over
this past week and it was a blast! I had a special order for a polar
bear, but I couldn't find a pattern that was suitable, so I decided to
figure one out on my own!
I was nervous about creating something off-the-cuff, but once I found a source for a classic polar bear stance and started shaping I found it rather natural. I love when I can completely focus on a project like this. It's a kind of meditation for me.
